The thoughest thing to change when you do the Whole30 is your relationship with the food.
I did it twice and have been trying to stay on track most of the time.
The relationship got betterm but still not completely healthy.
I still crave stuff when I’m stressed out. Or tired. Or bored.
This weekend I was extremely tired and stressed out.
- Pirate’s Booty
- Brown rice
- Cheeseburger (on a bun!)
- Beer (one that’s not even my favorite!!!)
I didn’t feel too bad after them, because it was still a small amount if you consider that I have been avoiding those ever since the reintroduction, and, even then, it was only one day.
I did feel a bit heart burned, though. Just a bit. No big deal.
But it still made me realize how my relationship with food haven’t changed much yet.
Under stress: eat junk!
Note to self: for next Whole30 (in August?) focus on changing the relationship for real.
